The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, MM online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.

All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. MM cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

For same day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 1pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

Next Business Day orders
Please ensure you place your order before 12pm EST Monday to Friday for delivery on the next business day.

International Shipments

Malini Murjani ships internationally to a number of countries and charges a flat fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

Please note that certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items you have purchased and the country it is being shipped to. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to provide a final shipping quote. No additional fees will be charged to your credit card without your approval. When placing an international order, please be sure to include an email address, phone number or fax number so that we may contact you with a shipping quote.

Timing and Duties:

Since International shipments are subject to verification, paperwork and certain credit card security checks, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to ship. All duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. If you have any questions please email info@malinim.com for more details.

Refused shipments:

If for any reason you refuse delivery or do not respond to a delivery notice, your credit card may be charged for the full amount of the transaction. Please review carefully duties and taxes prior to the shipment of your package.

Other Disclaimers: 

Because International orders are subject to special security checks and export regulations, we reserve the right to cancel any international order. We will contact the customer who placed the order to notify them of the cancellation, providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given.

Cancellation reasons may include:

(a) Payment cannot be cleared through the card details provided and requests for further information are not answered within a reasonable time frame
(b) Insufficient delivery address details are provided and we have received no reply to our request for further information
(c) Insufficient customer details or delivery details are provided.
(d) Risk of fraudulent transaction
(e) Order and order details conflicts with specific U.S export regulations  

Returns:
Please read our Return Policy to ensure your products qualify for our 30-day return policy.

International customers may return merchandise by mail following our return policy.

International customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any duties on returned items. Malini Murjani will not accept C.O.D. returns. Returns sent from international addresses take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within one to two billing statements.

Malini Murjani cannot refund tax and duty costs for malinimurjani.com orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the total amount of the merchandise.

Important information

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

  • We are only able to ship EXOTIC skins if shipping within the USA or UK.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Sales Tax

Malini Murjani charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. MM is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.



A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered.

Returns

For online purchases, MM will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be received within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be received within 15 days. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. MM will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Exchanges

The exchange of an item purchased on MaliniMurjani.com, involves an easy two step process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by MM in original condition and that new orders are subject to MM having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. Your exchange item(s) will be sent to you via UPS ground at no additional cost.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@malinim.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.

MM offers repair service for MM products purchased from MM online or one of our retailers. Products may be mailed to the appropriate address below:
